TECHNOLOGY
Alfa Plastic srl has 15 internal injection molding presses, also gas assisted, which allow it to vary from micro molding to production of even large parts.
The pre-treatments and the transport of raw materials in vacuum, allow to transform numerous technopolymers in a correct and efficient way.
Alfa Plastic srl has also equipped all its presses with bi-material injection chambers to ensure maximum efficiency and durability of the presses.
Alfa Plastic srl has a strong specialization in the blow molding technique and has 5 blow molding machines capable of producing technical articles of different sizes and materials.
Alfa Plastic srl has 3 CNC numerical control work centers, one of which with 5 axes, to carry out all types of work on molds, prototypes and products.
Alfa Plastic srl is investing in cutting-edge technological solutions for all processes on the product such as the installation of an anthropomorphic robotic line for very high precision machining
